The existing property was a four bedroomed detached with an old conservatory to the rear. THis was beyond its economic lifespan and very cold in the winter and unusable in the summer months.The customer wanted to increase the size and open it up. A vaulted ceiling and picture windows were created with a large kitchen and family room space.
