The customer had struggled to receive planning permission with another designer and approached us to help. We were able to help and advise on the correct design that would receive planning . Additional bedrooms and a large kitchen, family room space were created with study, WC and a utility room.

A three bed semi in a sought after area. Customer had struggled with a previous designer and we were approached to step in. Assisted in re-designing the whole property with a large open-plan kitchen space to the rear and new open open plan vaulted ceiling extension with larger bedrooms. Customer was delighted with the help we provided to receive planning permission and the on site assistance provided on site.

This property had been extended previously but the layout was awkward. The property was remodelled with further bedrooms, kitchen family space and rear extensions and is now a lovely family home.
